7 Day Detox- Cabbage Soup Diet

Update:
It looks like a few pages from my blog were deleted on my 7 DAY DETOX Journal. I can't retrieve the information I documented for the diary but I can give you the visual of what I did to lose 4 lbs in 7 days.









Day one: Only Fruits

Day 2: ONE sweet potato  Only Veggies. To lose more weight, remove any starchy vegetables like corn from your detox

Day 4

Day 5: The best day ever!!

addition to day 5: Fresh tomatoes with Ms.Dash Italian season and sweet onions with 1 tbs of balsamic vinaigrette
