Good Morning guys! Now that I have successfully completed my 7 day detox, I thought I would continue with another 7 day restricted meal with the addition of exercise. Today will mark Day 3 for me, my goal is to lose a total of 10lbs before NYE. I will eat no more than 20-30 grams of carb per day. I have prepared my breakfast and dinner for 7 days and purchased a bag of cooked steak and chicken strips to add to my salad for lunch.
This picture is just an example of how my meals are porpotioned. However, my salad is actually about 2 cups of romaine lettuce and more colorful veggies, like red and green peppers, red onions and sprinkle oregano with 2 tbs of lite balsamic dressing. You can switch your lunch and dinner by eating a salad for dinner and chicken and veggies for lunch, or vice versa. This is just a suggestion of how I decided to prepare my 7 day meal plan. You can search the web for tons of ideas or examples foe low carb meals. I will make the effort to add at least 45 minutes in the gym this week. This will boost my metabolism and increase the chances of meeting my goal.
