10 Minute Leg Workout

If I was paid a penny for each time I said I was on a diet, I would be a millionaire by now. What? You too! I've learned that if you keep depriving yourself from eating foods you love and sit around the house complaining about your weight, while looking for the quick and easy way to lose, then you will die trying.

For the last 3 years I have been more health conscious than focusing on my actual weight. I still eat the food I love but in smaller portions. Most importantly, I exercise. Like a lot of single mothers, I have a busy lifestyle but I dedicate at least one hour, four times a week to burn calories. If I am not able to drive to the gym due to rain, sleet or snow, then I'm in the living room while the dinner is cooking working out to one of the Fitness programs on Demand. Today, I took just 10 minutes in my living room, in front of my laptop to do this great leg workout.
