Fashion Design Expo Miami

Fashion Design Expo Florida "Let the Runway Meet The Cause" for Alonzo Mourning's Overtown Youth Center was held on April 28-29th at the Newport Beachside Resort. The event, which originates in Florida celebrated their fifth year of production and serves as a platform for up and coming designers to showcase their current collections. We decided to partake in Friday night's show which featured an interesting array of collections by some emerging and well known designers that have been in the game for 20 years.

Garbage Gone Glam

The highlight of our night was the beautiful but "trashy" pieces by rising designer for the line  Garbage Gone Glam. They wowed us with their intricate details and really made us think more seriously about recycling.
