Tuna Salad

Before I go on about how good this tuna salad is, I want you to know that I love to cook. Not because I was always in the kitchen when I was a little girl and watched my mom cook, but because I don't like to spend money on take-out everyday and your girl gotta eat. I'm the type of chef that cooks right off a recipe, so if it is not rice or noodles you can bet your dollar that I read instructions to make my meal...even this tuna salad.

  • 1 (7 ounce) 2 (5 ounce) can white tuna, drained and flaked
  •  5 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried minced onion flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • (I added 2 boiled eggs to the recipe)

#dontjudgeme but really how long does it take to boil an egg??

combine all ingredients except parsley and eggs
add parsley, 1 egg will the other boiled egg while you stir the ingredients like I do
